Good Shepherd Center offers career opportunities for people just starting out in the human services field, those seeking experience and training, as well as seasoned professionals who can share their expertise with our community and mission which is Love In Action. Working with troubled youth is a challenging and very rewarding experience and our personnel take their jobs very seriously. The children at Good Shepherd are our first priority and the mission of the organization is felt keenly by the staff. It is what contributes to the atmosphere of caring and what makes working at Good Shepherd Center a reward in itself. Providing 24-hour residential care that combines treatment, residential, and educational services to young people requires the talents of a wide variety of professionals.
