Our employee benefit package includes medical insurance, dental, vision, life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment, short term and long term disability, an EAP and a 403(b) tax sheltered savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and employee referral bonuses. Good Shepherd Center also offers PTO (paid time off) days equivalent to 4-6 weeks per year depending on years of service.
